We may use carefully selected third parties to support parts of our work. Where we do, we remain responsible for the standard of delivery under our agreement with you.

We will not be responsible for indirect, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, reputation, opportunity, or anticipated savings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in relation to any claim will not exceed the amount paid to us under the relevant agreement in the period stated in that agreement, or, if none is stated, in the three months before the claim arose. This aligns with the structure currently used on the live AssistedUp terms page.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
